"Leasing Fees" are an investment in "Marketing". They are paid to the real estate agents who will show your house.

Simply put, if you cut their pay, they will work on other houses that are paying more than you.

If you want top dollar in rent, the house rented faster, and better quality tenants, consider paying a bonus to the agents who can accomplish this.

Discuss your options with your property manager. Don't forget a vacant house for 30 days costs you more than the Leasing Fees & they are also "tax-deductible".
