  • Work requests: Only act on requests from the Property Manager.
  • Resident communication: Limit communication to access, scheduling, and assigned task coordination.
  • Repair details: Do not discuss repair status, cause, or outcome with residents. Please refer them back to the property manager for these issues.
  • Bids: Large repairs may require 3 bids. Service fees are understood when applicable.
