Bryan is a native Texan and grew up in the West Texas region in San Angelo, Texas. Bryan first moved to Austin in 1990 at the age of 18 and lived here for a few years before returning back home to earn his degree in Biology from Angelo State University. Bryan moved back to Austin in 1997 and has been a rental property owner and doing his own property management since 1998.
