Susie has been with TexCen since 2016. With a diverse background across several industries, Susie brings a wealth of experience and a keen eye for detail to her role as Bookkeeper. Over the years, she has honed a versatile skill set, excelling in various roles from administrative support to project coordination. This wide-ranging experience has given them a deep understanding of business operations, allowing them to approach financial tasks with both precision and efficiency. As a dedicated bookkeeper, Susie is passionate about ensuring financial records are accurate, up-to-date, and organized, allowing clients and businesses to make informed decisions. They are committed to maintaining transparency and reliability in every aspect of their work, from day-to-day transaction tracking to monthly and yearly reporting. Outside of their professional life, Susie enjoys gardening, needlework and reading, which reflects their well-rounded approach to both work and life.

Originally hailing from El Paso, TX, Sheila also spent time living in Chicago and Seattle. However the Austin/Kyle area has been her home for the majority of her life. She comes with a managerial background in the hospitality industry and LOVES working with everyone at TexCen Realty! Her hobbies and greatest joys are her two college-aged kids, her husband, and their dog, Sky.

With a background in education, Laura brings a unique perspective and meticulous attention to detail in their role as a Assistant Bookeeper and Utilities Coordinator. After several years as a dedicated teacher, Laura transitioned into the world of finance and administration, combining their organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and passion for helping others. In their new position, Laura helps manages financial records with precision, supports the seamless coordination of utility services, and ensures that all systems run smoothly behind the scenes. Their experience in the classroom has fostered strong communication and collaboration skills, allowing them to efficiently manage multiple tasks and work closely with both clients and colleagues to meet needs and exceed expectations. When not providing excellent customer service, Laura enjoys spending time with her family, camping and traveling.

Amy is a second generation Realtor who brings a strategic yet personable approach to the home buying and home selling process. Drawing from years of experience in property management, multifamily, sales and leasing, Amy has built a reputation for comprehensive client care, as well as her proven knowledge to expertly guide her clients, whether they are looking at an investment purchase, are first time home buyers, looking to sell or move up or simply rent a new home. Amy obtained her real estate license in 2009 and has built an expansive clientele at Texcen Realty, a family owned real estate agency, through careful attention to caring for her customer’s needs, sharp attention to detail, responsive communication, and an expansive knowledge of negotiation, real estate finance, and the entire real estate sales process. She has a thorough knowledge of the real estate market in both Austin and surrounding areas and San Antonio and surrounding areas. Through her knowledge and skill set, her goal is to strive to make the entire home buying or selling process the best experience possible with the best possible outcome to those she works with. After 15 years in commercial real estate managing everything from retail space to high rise buildings, Lori decided to pursue her dream of being a Realtor®.
