Stefani Murrie didn't just get into real estate — she showed up and immediately proved she belonged. Within six months of getting licensed in 2020, she was named top leasing agent in Hays County, which is what first caught TexCen Realty's attention. She's since gone on to win Rookie of the Year and been named Top Leasing Agent four years running. Apparently, slowing down isn't really her thing.

Today, Stefani manages more than 140 rental properties across Buda, Kyle, San Marcos, New Braunfels, and the surrounding Central Texas area — marketing, leasing, maintenance, tenant issues, renewals, and the occasional "you're not going to believe this" phone call.

That day-to-day property management experience is exactly what makes her a sharper Realtor. She's helped owners lease up vacant units in as little as a week and knows the difference between a house that photographs well and one that actually rents fast. When she works with buyers, sellers, and investors, she brings that same ground-level view: what makes a home marketable, what renters actually look for, and where an honest conversation about price or condition will save you money down the line.

Honest conversations are kind of her thing. If a property needs work before it'll rent, she'll tell you. If your asking price is off, she'll tell you that too. Clients say they always know exactly where things stand with her — no guessing, no chasing her down for updates.

Outside of leasing homes, managing properties, and negotiating contracts, Stefani is a wife and busy mom of four boys, usually found cheering from the sidelines at a sporting event or figuring out which kid needs to be where next.

Whether you need your rental property managed, your home leased or sold, or help finding your next one — reach out to Stefani directly at 512-200-3672 to get started.
