Lori Padilla

After 15 years in commercial real estate—managing everything from retail centers to high-rise buildings—Lori made the move to follow her long-time goal of becoming a Realtor®.

Licensed since 2015 and with TexCen Realty since 2018, Lori expanded into residential property management, giving her a boots-on-the-ground understanding of what it really takes to own and operate investment properties. That experience makes her a strong advocate for her investor clients, whether they’re buying, selling, or holding for the long haul.

In addition to working with buyers, sellers, and investors, Lori also serves as TexCen’s Policy & Process Specialist. She helps build and roll out company systems, supports new software implementation, and provides behind-the-scenes support. She manages a small portfolio in southeast Austin and assists with sales throughout the Austin area and surrounding communities.

Lori especially enjoys helping first-time homebuyers in the Austin area and surrounding communities and guiding investors toward smart, reliable returns. She’s known for being approachable, responsive, and the kind of person who will dig in and find answers. And if she doesn’t know something yet, she’ll figure it out.
