James Strelec

James Strelec is an Austin, Texas native with over 18 years of experience in property management, real estate sales, leasing, and investment across Central Texas. He has worked extensively in major markets including Austin, Houston, and Dallas, giving him a deep and well-rounded understanding of the Texas residential real estate market.

James holds a degree in Business Management from Texas State University and specializes in residential property management and real estate sales in the Austin area. In addition to his core focus, he brings valuable experience in commercial and multifamily property management, leasing, and sales, allowing him to provide strategic, practical guidance for a wide range of real estate needs.

With hands-on experience in both operations and transactions, James helps clients maximize rental property performance, navigate buying and selling decisions, and manage investments efficiently in Central Texas.
