This is very easy to do. It starts with the day you move in. Take photos & list everything wrong with the house. Give this information to your property manager. Texcen Realty will send you an App called mywalkthru to accomplish this. Do not damage any parts of the house. When you move out: Use the Texcen Realty Move Out & Cleaning Checklist. Do not leave any trash or furniture. CLEAN the house very well. Make sure the yard is clean & freshly mowed. Have the carpets professionally cleaned & show a receipt. Do not touch up paint spots on the walls. Drop off the keys to your manager. If you move out early let your manager know. Your manager prefers to reimburse all your deposits. Why? It means they don't have to clean up the house.
